Recipients of our newsletter

We collect the following categories of Personal Information when you are the recipient of our newsletters:

Withdrawal of consent

A revocation of your consent and deletion of your information means that you will not be able to be considered for the position you are applying for or future positions until you re-register, as KeyCore will lose all information about you.

Withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place prior to the revocation of the consent.

Duration of processing of your information

We will keep your application and any other information that you have given us for a maximum of 3 months after the recruitment process has begun.

If you have agreed that we may store your information for use by other potential positions, we will store your information for a maximum of 3 months after your consent to do so.

If you are hired, your application and any other information that you have provided to us will be kept during your employment and for a period thereafter. At the same time as offering employment, you will receive information about the handling of your personal information via KeyCore’s policy for the protection of employees’ privacy.
